These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Incubator ("the Service", "we", "us"), a self-hosted tool for scheduling and publishing content to social-media accounts through each platform's official API. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets an operator connect social-media accounts they own or are authorized to manage, compose and schedule content, and publish that content to those accounts via the platforms' official APIs. It is provided as self-hosted software; each operator runs and controls their own instance.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to hold an account on the platforms you connect and to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your deployment, your login, and the credentials of accounts you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, authorized purposes. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• connect or post to any account you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to manage;
• use the Service for spam, artificial engagement, vote or metric manipulation, ban evasion, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or any activity that circumvents a platform's integrity systems;
• publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms, policies, or content rules of any connected platform;
• exceed or attempt to bypass any platform's API rate limits or usage terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the terms and policies of every platform you connect (including, where applicable, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit).

4. Third-party platforms and APIs

The Service interacts with third-party platforms through their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies, and their APIs may change, impose limits, or become unavailable. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policy changes of any third-party platform.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant the Service only the technical permissions necessary to store, schedule, and transmit that content to the platforms you direct it to.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Because the Service is self-hosted, availability ultimately depends on the operator's own infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will be successfully delivered by a third-party platform.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNTS, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or a connected platform's policies.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
